Remote sensing

The foundation of first-class GIS is increasingly aerial imagery, and airborne data. These methods allow areas from 4 hectares and upwards to be surveyed accurately, quickly, and economically – an unbeatable combination. Ground surveys, in such circumstances, will take longer, be more expensive, and impossible in difficult to access areas. Satellite imagery is of lower resolution and up-to-date data considerably more expensive.

Our ability to react quickly and flexibly, means short preparation phases, and swift completion of projects. You will receive extensive data sets and results, of high quality, in the shortest time possible. Make use of the advantages offered by airborne data – we would be pleased to advise you.

In  order to meet the varying demands of our clients we utilise our own aircraft, and increasingly helicopters or drones / UVAs, for aerial imagery, infrared and thermal data as well as LiDAR. Our pilots, and flight operators, are also available for charter flights and will ensure the smooth-running of your project both at home and abroad.

Fast action is of paramount importance in the event of natural disasters. This also applies to the documentation of damages from floods, hurricanes, mudslides or forest fires. Aerial imagery and Orthophotos

Our aerial imagery and orthophotos give a realistic overview of terrain and surface objects. Airborne Thermal Imaging

Thermal imaging

Airborne thermal imaging cameras convert the energy in the infrared wavelength into a visible light display. Thermal imaging is used e.g. to detect energy losses in buildings or as a non-destructive testing technique for district heating pipelines. [ read more ]

Airborne Hyperspectral Imaging

Hyperspektralbefliegung

Hyperspectral imaging collects and processes information from across the electromagnetic spectrum. Such as the visible light is limited to three bands (red, green, and blue), spectral imaging divides the spectrum into hundreds of bands. [ read more ]
