Our geo information systems department disposes of over 25 years of experience in processing spatial data as well as in geo information systems application and development. Our services include the entire range of geomanagement plus digital cartography as well as consultancy, implementation and training related to geo information systems.

We work and develop with the worldwide leading GIS, AEC and IT technologies. Among other ESRI products (ArcGIS, ArcIMS, ArcSDE), we also apply Intergraph (Geomedia, Geomedia Webmap, MG Dynamo, Mappublisher) and Bentley (Microstation, Geographics). In the database sector we use Oracle, Informix, Sybase, SQL Server and MySQL. But open source products (EZ Publish) also play an increasing role.

Rapid changes and the growing complexity of our world have increased to a considerable extent the demands on actuality and on the informational content of planning data. Geo information systems link spatial and object-related information of the most various expert fields and thus establish the basis for the tasks of future planning, for example, with regard to airports, harbours, residential building corporations, industrial plants, hospitals etc.

Furthermore, in geo information systems we cover the entire spectrum of environment and landscape planning. As the basis for a sustainable utilization of natural resources we provide, for example, landscape structure plans, habitat mapping and environmental impact studies. We develop landscape and environmental monitoring systems which expand over several decades and analyze land use and landscape changes.
