Hansa Luftbild Award 2008 The 2008 award was presented to Dr. Ilkka Korpela for his essay „3D Treetop Positionning by Multiple Image Matching of Aerial Images in a 3D Search Volume Bounded by LiDAR Surface Models". The essay was published in issue no. 1/2007 of the „PHOTOGRAMMETRIE, FERNERKUNDUNG, GEOINFORMATION“ magazine. |

Award Rules Hansa Luftbild has established an award of 1.500 € for an outstanding and valuable contribution to "Photogrammetrie – Fernerkundung – Geoinformation" the official journal of the ‘German Society of Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing’. The prize shall be awarded annually, and for the first time on the occasion of Hansa Luftbild’s fiftieth anniversary. |
